WICKED FELINA is a 112-foot schooner motor sailer attended by five crew, including Captain Osman Kandemir and Chef Sabahattin Karateke.

Wicked Felina sleeps up to 10 guests. She features a large aft suite with centerline queen bed, two identical cabins with twin singles, and two identical cabins with double beds. Each stateroom is en-suite with private bath facilities. Crew quarters are in the bow, separate from guest accommodations.

Crew Profiles

CAPTAIN: Osman Kandemir
Born: 1961 (Bodrum, Turkey)

Captain Osman Kandemir spent much of his youth in Bodrum and Gumbet working as a deckhand on small sailing charter boats.

In May 1995 he worked on the 24 metre sailing boat Sami II as the mate, becoming Captain of the boat starting in 1988.

Osman was Captain of Desperado, a very well known 23 metre charter boat, from 1989 to September 199. Since 1997 he has been Captain of Wicked Felina. Osman speaks English, and is a very good fisherman as well.

CHEF: Sabahattin (Sebo) Karateke
Born: 1971 (Dalaman near Gocek, Turkey)

Chef Sabahattin Karateke started working as apprentice cook at various hotels and restaurants in the Dalaman area in May 1988.

Sebo became a chef in 1994, and worked at the Dalaman airport restaurant until the beginning of 1995, when he began working on charter boats. Sebo spent three seasons on Desperado.

Sebo has been the chef on Wicked Felina since 1997. He is very specialized with Turkish cuisine. During the past winter, he took an International Cooking course at the Eresin Hotel in Istanbul.
