ECCE NAVIGO is a 112-foot schooner motor sailer attended by five crew, including Captain Omer Terzi and Chef Nicole Louise Noble.

Ecce Navigo sleeps up to 10 guests. She features a full-width master suite aft with center-lined queen bed, two identical guest staterooms with twin single beds, and two identical guest staterooms with large double beds. All staterooms are en-suite with private facilities. Crew quarters are forward, separate from guest accommodations.

Crew Profiles

CAPTAIN: Omer Terze
Born: 1966 (Istanbul, Turkey)
Languages: Turkish, English

Captain Omer Terzi is a graduate of the Navigation School in Istanbul, and is an excellent sailor. Until 1991, he spent much of his time on cargo vessels cruising in the Mediterranean and the Atlantic.

He came to Bodrum in 1991 and started to work on yachts. He was employed as a skipper on a 18 metre private motoryacht in 1993.

Beginning in 1994, he sailed to the Red Sea with a 27 metre sailing yacht, Flying Accacia, operating dive tours in Eygpt. He was Captain of this boat until March 1996.

Beginning in summer of 1996, he returned to Marmaris, Turkey and was employed by Valena Yachting on the sailing charter boat Caretta Caretta for one year. The next season he became Captain of L. Anthony, a 26m classic motoryacht.

In April of 1998, Omer delivered the sailing yacht, Bora Bora to Corsica. He became Captain of Ecce Navigo in July 1998.

CHEF: Nicole Louise Noble
Born: 1974 (Sydney, Australia)

Chef Nicole Louise Noble attended St. Catherine's Anglican High School for two years. She continued her education at Commercial Cookery Grade for three years, following up with an Advanced Grade in Asian Cookery. Nicole then attended Sydney University for courses in Archeology, English Literature and Ancient Mediterranean history.

After completing her education, she was employed by the Pizza Haven in Sydney as an apprentice cook. She worked for Kellets Restaurant, Kings Cross, in 1993 as an apprentice chef.

From March 1994 to December 1997, Nicole was employed at the Darling Mills Restaurant in Sydney as an apprentice chef. Here she completed her apprenticeship, trained in all aspects of five star dining including Table d'Hote functions, and later was promoted to Chef de Partie. Nicole next joined Penfolds Gourmet Store in Sydney, preparing gourmet delicatessen and patisserie foods until January of 1998.

Nicole then came to Marmaris, Turkey, and joined Turkay Restaurant as a chef, managing a very busy four-star establishment with a kitchen staff of five. She started working as a chef on Ecce Navigo in April, 1998.

Her personal interests are travelling, sailing, and horse riding.
