MEET YOUR CREW:
Captain Mehmet Uncu
began his career in the yachting sector as a deck hand in Antalya in 1989. After working for 3 years as a deck hand, he earned the right to enter the Yacht Master examination and became a certified Yacht Master in 1992. At the end of his fourth year in the yachting sector he purchased AdatepeI and later Adatepe II and for 5 years arranged tours for the Admiral, Ertur, Deniz Yat and Forsa yachting tour companies as well as for his own groups. From 2000 to 2002 he organized events for his own groups after taking over the management of the 26 m. yacht Orient. Because he has carried out countless voyages on the Antalya-Bodrum-Kusadasi and Greek islands routes uninterruptedly between 1989 and 2002, Captain Mehmet Uncu knows the region extremely well. He joined the yacht Bellatrix as captain in December 2002.

Chef Imdat. After working in variorus restaurants, Imdat Demirel entered the yachting sector in 1990, joining the crew of the 26 m. charter" gulet " Özkonyali. He worked on Özkonyali until 1992 then erved as chef on the private 20 m. yacht Neptun X from 1992 to 1994. He was chef of the 26 m, charter yacht Amazon Solo continuously from 1997 to 2001. After working on the private 19 m. yacht Fatos 6 in the 2001 summer season, he joined he crew of Bellatrix I in September 2002. Imdat Demirel is an expert in both world and Turkish cuisine. The hors d’ouevres and seafood dishes which he prepares are particularly delicious.

Deckhand Ercan Güngör. After carrying out his military service on an Antalya Coastguard boat between 1991 and 1993, Ercan Güngör obtained his deck hand’s licence and worked as a deck hand in the Antalya region on the 27 m. passenger catamaran Prince of Kemer from 1993 to 1997. He obtained his Master’s licence and served as captain of the 14 m. private yacht Tuana from 1997 to 1998. After acting as captain on yachts engaged in water sports in the Kemer, Antalya region in the 1999 summer season, he worked on the 36 m. charter “gulet” Dedeman II in 2000. He joined the yacht Bellatrix I in 2001 while it was still under construction. By being personally present and working on Bellatrix I at all stages of its construction, Ercan Güngör learned about the yacht in every etail. He was captain of Bellatrix I when she was launched and began passenger voyages in the 2002 summer season.
