Cuisine Fruits
and vegetables are sold throughout the Grenadines. Seafood is abundant, with conch,
fish, shrimp, whelk and lobster appearing on most menus. The national dish is
breadfruit and fried jackfish. Don't forget to try the sweet and juicy St. Vincent

The Grenadines offer first rate diving and snorkeling. The
excellent visibility in these crystal waters allow great viewing of colorful sponges, soft
corals, great strands of elkhorn coral and a few sunken wrecks.
The music of the islands is mostly Reggae, Calypso and Steel
bands. Try to be at St. Vincent's spectacular carnival in early July and enjoy the
colorful costumes, shows, parades, and parties!
